Critial Thinking #31

First, pick something about school that irritates you. Then pretend that you are talking to a person who is associated with this irritation. In the following space, write down what you would say to this person as a "you' message.

Do you know the group that you are in. Is always talking about things that you should be talking about when you are at home. Because it's irritating to come to class everyday and having a hard time trying to concentrate when you have a group of people talking about their personal lives.
Now write the same complaint as "I" message, include of least the first three elements suggested in " Five Ways to Say "I" on page 250.
  1. Yesterday conversation was a little too loud.
  2. I was having a hard time concentrating.
  3. Is their anyway the group can exchange numbers and talk during the lunch hour or after school.
  4. I'd would have a better chances understanding my quiz if i could concentrate on the question when i able to read it.
  5. I intend to find me a sit in a more quiet area. And maybe focus more the assignment instead of their conversation.

Ct 18 - Rememebering your car keys or anything else.

Pick an item or task you're prone to forget.

I would have to  say it's my important papers. Went ever i organize my papers and leaves them in one spot, someone always moving it from that spot and that's when i start losing it. and go on a can't find it mode.

Design a strategy for remembering it. And use any of the techniques from this chapter.

I need to get more organize by making an folder to place my papers in and label them so i can pull that folder for any reasons. By placing them in a safe place, I wouldn't have to worry about someone misplacing my papers.
